Available Positions and Salaries

• Head Chef: £32,000 – £36,000 per year + bonus
• Sous Chef: £27,000 – £30,000 per year + tronc
• Junior Sous Chef: £24,000 – £27,000 per year + tronc

Key Responsibilities

• Managing food stocks and inventory on-site.
• Maintaining and reporting on kitchen equipment as per company standards.
• Leading by example, ensuring food quality and service standards are met.
• Enforcing health and safety and food safety policies.
• Coaching and delegating tasks to team members to ensure operational success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality (experience with Caribbean or Cajun cuisine preferred).
• Formal culinary qualifications are a plus.
• Strong guest-focused approach.
• Keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Passion for improving restaurant performance.
• For international applicants, meeting Skilled Worker Visa requirements is essential, including a
• minimum IELTS score of 4.0.
