Full Job Description
As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to clients with varying needs, illnesses, and disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through meaningful conversations and activities.
• Prepare meals and beverages, respecting dietary needs and cultural preferences.
• Help clients with mobility and safe use of manual handling equipment.
• Administer medication in line with care needs and assessments.
• Perform light household duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• Support clients with toileting, continence care, and hygiene.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
• Accompany clients on community outings and assist with errands.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• GCSE or equivalent education (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care (preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (required).
• Fluent in English (required).
