Responsibilities

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure project efficiency and quality
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, progress, and performance
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to project closeout
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trade professionals
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress
  • Manage project budgets and control costs throughout construction
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients
  • Review and approve change orders and project modifications
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on job sites
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders
  • Mentor and support project team members
