What You’ll Do
As a General Warehouse Worker on our night shift team, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping North America’s automotive industry moving. Your responsibilities include:

Core Duties:

• Pull, label, and load automotive parts accurately and efficiently
• Receive, sort, count, and verify incoming shipments
• Stock new merchandise and organize overstock with proper labeling
• Prepare and tag customer orders for timely delivery
• Load delivery trucks and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Daily Tasks:

• Receive work assignments from stocking supervisor
• Check shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies
• Pull orders quickly and accurately within assigned zones
• Ensure proper documentation and customer signatures
• Complete housekeeping duties at end of shift
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
• Available to work night shifts (10 PM – 6:30 AM), Monday to Friday
• Reliable transportation to Bolton, ON location

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience (training provided for the right candidate)
• Basic understanding of inventory systems
• Interest in automotive industry
• Forklift certification (asset but not required)

Physical Demands:
This position requires regular:

• Standing, walking, and using hands/fingers for extended periods
• Reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Lifting/moving up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs regularly, and 100 lbs occasionally
• Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment:

• Indoor warehouse setting with high noise levels
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment
• Occasional exposure to heights, fumes, or airborne particles
• Temperature variations typical of warehouse environments
• Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
