Full Job Description
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations. This involves supporting e-commerce, managing stock, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Flexibility is key, especially during our busy summertime operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders efficiently.
Accurately prepare items for dispatch to stores and customers.
Conduct quality checks and ensure items are correctly packed.
Generate shipping labels using courier systems like Royal Mail and FedEx.
Drive the company van to deliver and reload stock (clean driving licence required).
Maintain accurate stock records using barcoding systems.
Adhere to health and safety standards within the warehouse.
Inspect and report any discrepancies in deliveries to supervisors.
Complete assigned warehouse duties promptly.

Skills and Abilities:

Proven experience working in a busy warehouse environment (minimum 1 year required).
Strong numeracy, literacy, and computing skills.
High attention to detail.
