Job Overview
Sofina Foods Inc. is hiring Food and Beverage Processing Labourers to support daily production and sanitation in our Saint-Anselme facility. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who want long-term, full-time work in a regulated food manufacturing environment. No experience is required because training will be provided. You will focus on food safety and handling practices, cleaning machines and immediate work areas, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to support safe production. If you are reliable, comfortable with repetitive work, and willing to work day/evening/night shifts with overtime, this is a strong opportunity with collective agreement benefits and free parking.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Follow food safety/handling practices and hygiene standards to prevent contamination
• Clean machines and immediate work areas according to sanitation procedures and schedules
• Use cleaning tools and products safely and correctly, following instructions and workplace rules
• Support production readiness by keeping stations organized and free of hazards
• Report equipment issues, sanitation concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly
• Work cooperatively with the team to meet daily production and cleaning targets

• Own vehicle required
• Public transportation is not available

• Repetitive tasks requiring consistent pace and attention to detail
• Standing for extended periods
• Handling heavy loads as required by the role and department
