Job Overview
MDNJ Enterprises Ltd. is hiring Light Duty Cleaners to support daily cleaning operations in Red Deer, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in professional cleaning. No experience is required because training will be provided. You will perform routine cleaning tasks such as floor care, dusting, vacuuming, garbage removal, window and wall cleaning, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. If you are dependable and comfortable working a flexible shift schedule, we welcome your application.

Work Setting

• Cleaning assignments in Red Deer (sites and duties may vary depending on contracts)
• Shift-based work with consistent standards and checklists

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to meet cleanliness standards
• Dust furniture and wipe surfaces, including high-touch areas
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers; replace liners as needed
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as required
• Handle and report lost and found items according to company/site procedures
• Clean work area and maintain organized storage of supplies and tools
• Use cleaning products safely and follow instructions for proper handling and storage
• Report damage, hazards, or supply shortages to a supervisor promptly
