Job Overview
Oosthuysen AG Co is hiring a Crop Farm Supervisor to coordinate daily grain farm operations in Ebenezer, Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on leader who can organize field priorities, supervise farm workers during busy planting and harvest windows, and maintain strong standards for safety, bio-security, and production quality. You will support hiring and training, establish work schedules and procedures, maintain accurate records, and help ensure crop-related work is completed efficiently and on time. Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant farm experience, including leadership, lead-hand responsibilities, or crew coordination (grain/crop experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to meet daily and seasonal targets
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations and adjust priorities based on weather, field conditions, and timelines
- Establish work schedules and procedures and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Hire and train staff, including onboarding, job expectations, and safe work procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed consistently by all workers
- Maintain financial and production records, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintain quality control and production records to support crop standards and performance tracking
- Perform general farm duties and provide hands-on support during peak workload periods
- Communicate operational needs, staffing requirements, and daily progress clearly to management
