Job Description
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support our service user with daily personal care and activities, ensuring her well-being and comfort. This includes spending time with her animals, particularly her Shetland pony, and accompanying her on outings, including weekly trips to the local pub.
Pay Rates:
- £13.00 – £15.00 per hour
- Approx. £156 – £180 per 12-hour day shift
Shifts Available:
- Full-time and part-time day shifts
- Shift timings: 8am – 8pm or 10am – 10pm
- 2-4 shifts per week
Essential Experience:
- At least 3 months of previous care experience.
- Proficiency in medication administration.
- Skilled in personal care and moving and handling.
- Comfortable around pets.

Job Duties of Healthcare Assistants in the UK
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medications as required.
- Support mobility and physical activities.
- Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Participate in activities and outings to enhance the client’s quality of life.
