Job Description
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being, dignity, and independence of our service users. Your primary responsibility is to assist with personal care, mobility, and everyday tasks while fostering a supportive and engaging environment for our clients.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility and physical disabilities, including the use of aids and equipment.
• Engage in activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
• Perform domestic tasks like laundry, bed-making, and household cleaning.
• Accurately maintain reports and attend staff and service user meetings.
• Comply with care plans, medication policies, and company procedures.
• Encourage independence and help clients identify and manage risks.
• Participate in training, learning activities, and continuous professional development.
• Support regulatory inspections and uphold safeguarding standards.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Previous experience in care is desirable but not mandatory; full training is provided.
