Job Description
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being, dignity, and independence of our service users. Your primary responsibility is to assist with personal care, mobility, and everyday tasks while fostering a supportive and engaging environment for our clients.

Principal Responsibilities

Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Support mobility and physical disabilities, including the use of aids and equipment.
Engage in activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
Perform domestic tasks like laundry, bed-making, and household cleaning.
Accurately maintain reports and attend staff and service user meetings.
Comply with care plans, medication policies, and company procedures.
Encourage independence and help clients identify and manage risks.
Participate in training, learning activities, and continuous professional development.
Support regulatory inspections and uphold safeguarding standards.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Previous experience in care is desirable but not mandatory; full training is provided.
