Job Overview
Brunico Communications Ltd, a recognized business and media organization, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our portfolio of brands, events, and media properties. In this role, you will help plan and execute integrated marketing and sales initiatives, coordinate campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and ensure clear, efficient communication within the team. You will contribute directly to lead generation, audience growth, and brand visibility for a company at the intersection of media, events, and B2B communications. Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

  • Perform sales and marketing activities to support audience growth, event registrations, subscriptions, sponsorships, and advertising sales
  • Develop, support, and help execute marketing and communication plans for specific brands, products, events, or campaigns
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the marketing team and between departments (sales, editorial, events, design, digital) to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Assist in planning and scheduling multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social media, print, paid ads) and ensure all assets are delivered on time
  • Support the creation, editing, and posting of content on websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites using WordPress and basic HTML/CSS where required
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, deployment schedules, A/B testing (as applicable), and performance tracking
  • Monitor key marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, registrations, conversions, web traffic) and provide regular updates and reports to the team
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and project management tools to keep initiatives organized and on schedule
  • Work closely with sales to create or adapt marketing materials (e.g., one-pagers, media kits, presentations, digital assets) that support revenue and sponsorship objectives
  • Assist with the marketing and logistical coordination of events (virtual and in-person), including promotions, registration communications, and on-site/online support as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms in line with company standards and guidelines
  • Conduct basic market and audience research to help refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and use data to recommend adjustments and improvements to ongoing campaigns
  • Participate in regular team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and post-campaign reviews
