Job Overview
Domino’s Pizza in Cambridge is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily store operations, maintain excellent customer service standards, and drive strong team performance in a fast-paced quick-service environment. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can manage labour and food costs, build and train a reliable team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure consistent compliance with food safety and health regulations. You will be responsible for daily planning, scheduling, cash handling and reporting, performance management, and supporting local marketing execution. Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant or quick-service management, shift leadership, or supervisory roles
- Experience in pizza/QSR operations is an asset

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to meet service and quality targets
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust staffing, prep, and workflow to match demand
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and control staffing levels to meet targets
- Set staff work schedules and ensure coverage for peak periods and delivery operations
- Recruit staff, onboard new hires, and build a dependable, customer-focused team
- Train staff on service standards, product quality, food safety, and operational procedures
- Supervise staff and monitor performance; provide coaching and on-the-floor support during rush periods
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements, promotions, or corrective actions as needed
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and on time
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and waste control
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including sanitation, food handling, and workplace safety procedures
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues to protect the brand experience
- Provide customer service leadership by setting expectations and modelling respectful, efficient service
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including local promotions and store initiatives
- Lead and instruct individuals to maintain consistent execution, speed, and quality across all shifts
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with company standards and audits
Supervision
- Supervise 3–4 people (typical shift leadership)
- Manage and coordinate teams of 5–10 people depending on shift volume and scheduling needs
