Job Overview
Save The Stress Cleaning Services Limited is hiring dependable Light Duty Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services for client homes and/or facilities in and around Estevan, Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in leaving spaces fresh, safe, and welcoming, and who can work efficiently with strong attention to detail. You will handle routine cleaning tasks such as floors, washrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, bedding changes (when required), and garbage removal while maintaining professional standards and respectful client service. Experience is an asset, but we provide guidance and training for motivated candidates who are punctual, honest, and ready to work. Staff accommodation may be available, and transportation is provided by the employer for work assignments.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to meet client and company cleanliness standards
Dust furniture and wipe surfaces, including high-touch areas
Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
Make beds and change sheets when assigned
Distribute clean towels and toiletries when required by the job site
Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Pick up debris and empty trash containers; replace liners as needed
Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as required
Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning duties across assigned spaces
Use cleaning products and tools safely and properly, following instructions and company procedures
Address customers’ complaints or concerns respectfully and report issues to the supervisor when needed
Maintain a professional attitude in clients’ spaces, protecting privacy and handling property with care
Keep cleaning supplies organized and report low stock or equipment issues

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work independently and complete tasks within time targets
Repetitive tasks requiring consistency and attention to detail
Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
Standing and walking for extended periods during shifts
Ability to follow cleaning checklists and maintain quality across multiple sites
