Job Overview
Energitech Laser inc is seeking an experienced Welder to support industrial production and factory assembly work in Québec. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who can interpret welding specifications, read technical drawings, and produce consistent, high-quality welds in a manufacturing environment where precision matters. You will operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment, inspect finished welds for conformance to standards, and contribute to an efficient, safety-focused production workflow. • 5 years or more of relevant welding experience in industrial or factory assembly environments

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Interpret welding process specifications and ensure correct procedures are followed for each job
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to determine setup and weld requirements
• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment in accordance with production standards
• Perform in-process checks and examine completed welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications
• Document or communicate quality issues, defects, or irregularities and take corrective action as required within scope
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safe work practices at all times
• Support production efficiency by preparing for jobs, minimizing rework, and meeting daily targets
• Follow company policies for tool care, equipment handling, and quality control procedures

Equipment and Machinery Experience

• Soldering machine experience (asset and/or as required by the role)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Strong manual dexterity required for precision work and consistent weld quality
• Ability to focus on detail and maintain quality standards across repeated production tasks
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with production timelines
