Responsibilities
As a Child Caregiver, your key responsibilities include:

• Changing diapers and following parents’ lead on toilet training.
• Sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas for infants.
• Traveling with the family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
• Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
• Disciplining children using methods requested by the parents.
• Maintaining records of daily activities and health information related to the children.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals for the children.
• Preparing infants and children for rest periods.
• Supervising and providing attentive care to children.
• Fostering the emotional well-being of children.

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Work Setting: Employer’s home
