Key Responsibilities :

• Perform various construction tasks such as digginglifting carrying and operating heavy machinery ( For those who arecertified)
• Follow safety protocols and maintaina safe and clean work environment
• Read andinterpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions
• Install and repair structures and fixtures includingroofs floors and walls
• Operate power tools andother equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensureproject deadlines are met
• Adhere to projectspecifications and quality standards
• Conductroutine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools
• Continuously learn and improve skills to enhance jobperformance

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2years of experience in construction work
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and constructionplans
• Strong physical stamina and ability tolift heavy objects
• Excellent handeyecoordination and manual dexterity
• Ability towork in a team environment and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to workefficiently under pressure
• Valid driverslicense and reliable transportation

OSHAcertification is a plus
