What You’ll Do:

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest mushrooms using specialized farming techniques.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and farm trucks.
• Perform general farm duties, such as cleaning, sorting, and packaging mushrooms.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm supervisor.
• Assist with irrigation, fertilization, and pest control to ensure optimal crop growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet food safety standards.
