Job Overview
The Sales Factory Inc. is hiring a Corporate Sales Representative to grow and manage B2B client relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who can identify opportunities, understand client needs, present solutions confidently, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract and post-sale support. You will deliver polished presentations, prepare contracts, forecast pipeline performance, and collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success. Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, account management, business development, or a related sales role
- Experience selling services, solutions, or contract-based offerings is an asset
Key Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Identify and solicit potential clients through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Promote sales to existing clients by understanding evolving needs and proposing additional solutions
- Assess clientsβ needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services and position value clearly
- Deliver sales presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers, highlighting benefits, use cases, and ROI
- Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services and tailor messaging to industry and buyer needs
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders to ensure accuracy, timelines, and smooth handoffs
- Prepare sales or other contracts and ensure terms align with company policy and client expectations
- Use sales forecasting software to manage pipeline activity, projections, and performance reporting
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, strengthen relationships, and improve retention
- Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify future opportunities
- Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services through approved channels and coordinated campaigns as required
- Provide strong customer service throughout the sales cycle, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists as assigned, supporting productivity and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes to support forecasting and continuous improvement
