The dispatcher is always polite, will always help you find the way if you get lost, encourage you if you are tired, wish you good luck, put you in your place if you are relaxed and will judge any dispute that has arisen. Since the dispatcher has to communicate with customers every minute, he must have a pleasant voice, excellent diction and a good memory. Also important is the ability to work at a fast pace or, if necessary, change it, depending on the number of clients on weekdays or weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls
- receiving orders between drivers and building chains, logistics
- order fulfillment tracking
- call back to the customer
- resolution of disputes
- online decision making
- statistics per shift
- task execution
