Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $19.00 per hour

Wealth Builders University is a financial services company that is focused on helping middle income families achieve financial success by educational approaches and solutions.

We also provide agents a model to be able to build their own brokerages and expand their organizations through agent attraction.

Role Description

This is a role for a Salesperson at Wealth Builder University. The agent will be responsible for helping clients manage their financial goals and providing customized financial advice.

The agent will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals.

The role involves a mix of prospecting, networking, and lead generation etc. The Salesperson will also build and work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, and will keep up-to-date with industry trends and grow.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals, or willing to learn
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Be willing to go through licensing and training if no licenses are held beforehand
  • Experience in the education or financial services industry is a plus
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus
  • Be willing to attend trainings on a weekly basis
