Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: 808 Rue Saint Mary’s, Fredericton, NB
Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight
Wage: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

**Duties:**

• – Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
• – Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• – Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes
• – Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
• – Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
• – Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as reach trucks for moving materials
• – Build, package, and fabricate products as needed
• – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• – Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency

**Requirements:**

• – Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• – Proficiency in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes
• – Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment
• – Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software
• – Strong organizational and leadership skills
• – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• – High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
