Job Description:
End Of The Roll Flooring Centres is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Keeper Helper to join our team in Victoria, BC. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a variety of work schedules, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. If you’re a hardworking, dependable team player with a positive attitude, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
  • Operate equipment to assist in the movement of materials and products
  • Pick orders and stock shelves
  • Make labels and attach them to goods
  • Wrap, pack, and unpack goods
  • Sort, crate, and stack materials
  • Organize and maintain inventory in a neat and efficient manner

Work Environment:

  • On-Site Work: Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work option.
  • Work Site Environment: Confined spaces, dusty
  • Setting: Urban area, warehouse

Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
  • Physically demanding with tasks that include bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination required
  • Must be able to manage a large workload efficiently
