Full Job Description
Legend Boats is offering full time year round production positions for motivated, mechanically inclined team members with with hands on experience in operating power and hand tools to join our Team
Salary: Range of $20 – $28 hourly based on skill set, with the potential for additional
earnings and advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate is

• Someone with a strong work ethic who can work as a team member to achieve quality and production goals.
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending and reaching
• Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
• Experienced with basic power tools and able to follow instructions
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety information
• Motivated and a self starter

What You’ll Do

• Wholesale build side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats, and pontoons
• Standard rig all models for Legend Factory Stores
• Retail rig for Legend Factory Stores as scheduled, typically April through August of each year
• Perform hull repairs as requested
• Make repairs/adjustments as needed prior to delivery
• Identify and perform warranty work from the factory
• Understand Managers instructions and customer expectations
• Maintain a high level of quality
• Work safely and keep area clean leading by example
• Help setup and teardown of boat shows (Local) as required
• Work with retail & service departments to meet and achieve goals
• Seasonal services and shrink wrapping
• Winterizations
• Assist in performing hull swaps as required to keep the flow of work through the shop running efficiently
