Requirements:
- Language: English proficiency required
- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in agricultural operations
- Work Location: On-site position (work must be completed at the physical location)
- Work Environment: Grain, oil and forage crop operations
- Setting: Rural area with staff accommodation available
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Perform general farm duties
- Maintain inventory of stored material
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
- Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs
