Requirements:

• Language: English proficiency required
• Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in agricultural operations
• Work Location: On-site position (work must be completed at the physical location)
• Work Environment: Grain, oil and forage crop operations
• Setting: Rural area with staff accommodation available

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Perform general farm duties
• Maintain inventory of stored material
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs
