About the Role:
EDI Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Operations Manager to join our team in Orillia, ON. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize daily activities to meet production goals.
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend machine replacements.
Hire, supervise, and train employees on new equipment and production techniques.
Plan and manage the departmental budget, including making necessary adjustments.
Implement changes to machinery, production systems, and methods of work to optimize efficiency.
