We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide exceptional care in our 2 East Medical Floor, a 36-bed unit with two overflow spaces. As an RPN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address diverse medical conditions while ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-focused care.
Manage routine medical tasks and respond effectively to emergent situations.
Follow evidence-based practices and comply with regulatory guidelines.
Support patients and families through empathetic communication and care.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Mandatory:

Graduate of a recognized Registered Practical Nursing Program.
Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) certification.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Assets:

Knowledge of Meditech Expanse.
Completion of a Medication Administration Course.
Completion of a Coronary Care 1 Certificate.

Hourly rate: $36.33 to $37.05.
