Responsibilities
- Manage sales pipeline through phone calls, meetings, follow-ups, and email correspondence
- Consult with clients to discover investment goals and guide them towards the best options
- Respond to leads promptly
- Stay informed about the pre-construction, resale, and rental market
- Book appointments for client site visits and assist them in purchasing decisions
- Meet monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (required)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
