Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
• Maintain work records and logs of vehicle operators and crews
• Monitor personnel workloads, vehicle locations, and optimize work assignments
• Organize and maintain warehouse and work areas
• Perform general office duties and provide exceptional customer service
• Dispatch personnel based on schedules and work orders
• Follow up on any issues related to work orders, ensuring timely resolutions
• Keep track of shipments, ensuring they meet delivery timelines and requirements
• Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle operators, mileage, fuel usage, repairs, and other related expenses
• Process and transmit instructions to coordinate activities of drivers and crews using dispatching equipment
