Job Overview
As a Health Care Support Worker, you will:

• Provide specialist care and planned interventions to patients within the Dementia Assessment Unit.
• Deliver clinical and personal care under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals and senior healthcare staff.
• Take leadership from Assistant Practitioners or Senior Healthcare Support Workers for agreed tasks.
• Ensure patient safety and a positive patient experience by treating everyone with respect, dignity, and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the delivery of care plans and interventions.
• Promoting patient independence through compassionate and respectful care.
• Monitoring and maintaining patient safety during all care activities.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs.
