Salary: £31,054.40 per annum + £395.20 per annum regional supplement

Working Pattern
Average 40 hours per week

Sunday: (Every 2nd Sunday) 0700-12:00
Monday: 1600-01:00
Tuesday: 1600-01:00
Wednesday: 1600-12:00
Thursday: 1600-11:30
Friday: 1600-10:30

About the Opportunity
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, GPD, Health and Safety, and MHRA guidelines.
• Manage budgets and uphold operational standards.
• Engage in physical activities such as lifting (up to 15kg), bending, twisting, and kneeling throughout your shift.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum Qualifications: 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desirable:

• IOSH Qualification
• First Aid Qualification
• Fire Marshal Certification
• Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems and GDP regulations
