General Duties & Responsibilities :

• Repairs and preventive maintenance for several ready-mix concrete plants that includes pumps, water systems, conveying systems, piping, boiler operation, air compressor systems and controls, in addition to other power driven rotating equipment.
• Work on this equipment includes both indoor and outdoor maintenance activities year round.
• Travel across territory to various locations in a company truck.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements :

• Safety oriented team player
• Previous plant maintenance
• Welding
• Initiative and ability to learn through practical “hands on” working experience and theoretical instruction.
• Minimum class G valid Ontario Driver’s license, with satisfactory 3 year drivers abstract
• Own, or willing to secure, a basic set of hand tools
