Job Overview
Global Aerospace Corporation is hiring an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to support troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and routine maintenance of aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is ideal for a safety-focused aviation professional who can diagnose complex system issues, complete high-quality repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation in a regulated environment. You will work hands-on with aircraft systems including engines and flight controls, dismantle and reassemble components for overhaul, and support inventory control so maintenance work stays efficient and compliant. Experience

• 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Troubleshoot aircraft hydraulic systems to identify faults and determine corrective actions
• Troubleshoot aircraft mechanical systems and confirm root causes using appropriate diagnostic methods
• Troubleshoot aircraft structural systems and assess repair requirements within approved limits and procedures
• Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical, or hydraulic systems to approved standards
• Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems according to specifications and procedures
• Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines, or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul, and cleaning, and reassemble correctly
• Perform and document routine maintenance, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements
• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring parts availability and proper control of stock
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety practices and tool control procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding findings, repair status, and parts requirements
