About the Role
As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll:

• Shape our design culture and solve complex business challenges with user-first solutions.
• Design seamless shopper experiences for our verification tech and transformative self-serve platforms for brands.
• Lead user research to balance shopper and retailer needs.
• Build prototypes—from quick wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with developers to turn ambitious designs into reality.
• Lead the design of our self-serve platform from the ground up.
• Ensure verification processes feel effortless for millions of users.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience designing exceptional products in a high-growth startup or scaleup.
• A portfolio showcasing both consumer-facing experiences and B2B platforms.
• Expertise in user-centred design principles and proficiency in Figma.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to focus on the big picture and fine details.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and guide teams through the design process.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
