As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care while supporting the multidisciplinary team in Trauma Unit 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate RCHT’s Nursing and Midwifery 5 key elements and Trust values in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist patients with personal care and daily activities while maintaining their dignity.
• Accurately document patient activity and progress, ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide basic information to patients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings, handovers, and discussions about patient care and departmental development.
• Accept and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold trust values.
