Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Demonstrate the Trust’s five key nursing elements in all interventions and tasks. Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity.
• Communication: Engage effectively with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues. Relay accurate information and respond appropriately to queries.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to reports on patient activity and progress.
• Teamwork: Participate in discussions, handovers, and team meetings to support patient care and ward development.
