Job Description

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30–16:30

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit various components to ground support equipment.
• Operate power and manual tools efficiently.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Follow company guidelines and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with production materials, tools, and standard operating procedures.
• Preferred background in automotive manufacturing, mechanics, or MOT testing.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
• Hands-on experience in hydraulic systems and mechanical fitting.
• Valid UK driving license or international driving permit (conversion assistance provided if necessary).

Skills and Knowledge Needed

• Proficiency in mechanical and hydraulic fitting.
• Ability to operate and maintain power tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Education and Certification Required
Relevant vocational training or certifications in mechanical fitting, engineering, or a related field.
IELTS score of at least 4.0 for overseas applicants (to meet Skilled Worker Visa requirements).
