Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining the efficient operations of our warehouse. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations.
• Operating the palletizer and stretch wrapper effectively and efficiently.
• Organizing and staging products based on customer orders.
• Operating forklifts to load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Stacking pallets with products, ensuring accurate tagging and lot code application.
• Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and completing reports per BRC/HACCP/Food Safety guidelines.
• Performing other warehouse and packing duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Previous experience in a general labor position.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment (an asset).
• Physical Requirements:Physically fit with the ability to safely lift and stack 25 kg bags.
• Ability to work in environments with dust allergens and all outdoor weather conditions.

Education and Certification

• High School Diploma.
• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
