Your Role & Responsibilities
As a General Construction Supervisor with G Square Builders, you’ll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across multiple sites.

Core Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate 3-4 construction workers
• Project Coordination: Work with other supervisors and managers to ensure project success
• Quality Control: Implement measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance
• Training & Development: Train new workers or arrange specialized training
• Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed
• Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work deadlines and schedules
• Reporting: Prepare production and progress reports
• HR Support: Recommend personnel actions and team improvements

Work Settings:

• Various construction sites throughout Rocky View area
• On-site work required (no remote options)
• Flexible scheduling available: early morning, morning, day, evening, and shift work

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in construction supervision or related field
• Language: English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Legal: Ability to pass criminal record check
• Availability: Ready to start immediately
