Your Role as a Childcare Worker
Provide loving, attentive care to children in our family home, supporting their development, safety, and wellbeing.

Daily Responsibilities:
Direct Child Care:

• Change diapers and attend to hygiene needs
• Bathe, dress, and groom children
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
• Feed infants and assist children during mealtimes
• Prepare children for naps and bedtime

Development & Education:

• Instruct children in personal hygiene habits
• Support social and emotional development
• Engage in age-appropriate educational activities
• Foster creativity through play and activities
• Monitor developmental milestones

Safety & Health:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment
• Supervise children at all times
• Keep detailed records of daily activities
• Document health information and incidents
• Ensure child-proofed spaces

Emotional Support:

• Tend to children’s emotional wellbeing
• Provide comfort during distress
• Build trusting relationships
• Create a nurturing atmosphere
• Support positive behavior development

What We’re Looking For
Basic Requirements:

• Education: High school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to 7 months in childcare (training can be provided)
• Language: English proficiency for communication
• Availability: Day and weekend shifts
• Legal: Clear criminal record check required
