Your Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work with specialized equipment including tractors and farm trucks
• Perform general farm duties across various departments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
• Support harvest, planting, and production activities
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Adapt to various tasks based on seasonal and operational needs

Requirements

• Language: English proficiency required
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: No experience necessary – comprehensive training will be provided
• Transportation: Own transportation required (public transportation is not available)
• Background Check: Criminal record check required

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Training will be provided on:
• Tractor operation
• Farm truck operation
• Various farm machinery and equipment
• Safety protocols and best practices

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

• Fast-paced environment requiring efficiency and adaptability
• Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks
• Ability to work under pressure during peak production periods
• Handling heavy loads throughout the workday
