Meat Processing and Butchery:
• Remove bones from meat using knives and specialized tools
• Debone various cuts of meat efficiently and accurately
• Cut and trim meat according to specifications
• Separate meat from bones minimizing waste
• Process different types of meat and cuts
• Follow established cutting patterns and procedures
• Maintain consistent quality and yield standards
• Work quickly while ensuring precision

Quality Control:
• Inspect meat for quality before and after cutting
• Ensure proper trimming and sizing of cuts
• Identify and remove defects or contamination
• Maintain high food safety and quality standards
• Follow HACCP and food safety protocols
• Monitor product consistency
• Report quality issues to supervisors

Equipment Maintenance:
• Use knives safely and maintain sharp edges
• Clean and sanitize knives and equipment regularly
• Perform routine maintenance on cutting tools
• Ensure proper storage of equipment
• Follow safety procedures for knife handling
• Replace or sharpen blades as needed

Safety and Sanitation:
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
