Job Overview
Lidu Ecological Park Ltd. is hiring a Farm Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily crop operations in Richmond, British Columbia. This role is ideal for a practical, hands-on supervisor who can plan work priorities, guide farm workers, and ensure consistent quality and safe work practices. You will supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers, oversee growing and crop-related tasks, maintain production and quality records, and support the operation and basic maintenance of farm machinery and equipment. Experience is an asset, but motivated candidates with strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a team-first attitude are encouraged to apply.

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

  • Experience is an asset (farm operations, greenhouse/crop production, harvesting, equipment operation, or team leadership)

Work Setting

  • Farm/crop production environment in Richmond
  • Day shift with routine-based operations and seasonal task changes

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize daily work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to meet quality and timing targets
  • Maintain quality control and production records, including task completion and basic output tracking
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed by all workers consistently
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment as assigned, including basic checks and reporting issues
  • Perform general farm duties and provide hands-on support during busy periods
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding labour needs, workflow issues, and production priorities
