Oaklane Orchards Ltd. is hiring Fruit Farm Workers for the seasonal apple harvest in Clarksburg, Ontario. You will work in a fast-paced orchard environment where reliability, teamwork, and attention to quality are essential to meeting harvest targets. Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Pick row and orchard crops with care to reduce bruising and maintain quality
• Harvest apples according to grade and handling guidelines provided during training
• Carry filled picking containers and transfer fruit safely to designated bins/collection areas
• Sort and handle fruit as directed to meet quality and market requirements
• Maintain a steady work pace while following safety and orchard procedures
• Report any issues such as damaged trees, hazards, or concerns about fruit condition to the supervisor
• Keep work areas tidy and follow farm rules regarding equipment, ladders, and harvesting practices

• Own transportation required

• Fast-paced environment with productivity expectations during peak harvest
• Repetitive tasks requiring consistent hand and arm movement
• Physically demanding work including lifting and carrying
• Standing for extended periods; frequent walking across orchard rows
• Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
• Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
