Job Overview
MSB Farm Ltd is hiring Farm Workers (Fruit) to support berry crop production in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, can follow instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality fruit. You will help with crop care tasks such as cleaning crops and weeding, maintain a tidy work area, harvest berries at peak ripeness, and support basic operation and upkeep of farm machinery and equipment as assigned. No experience is required as training will be provided, but reliability, stamina, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this hands-on farm role.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Clean the crops to support plant health and improve fruit quality
• Perform weeding and general field maintenance to reduce competition and support healthy growth
• Harvest crops carefully, selecting fruit at the correct ripeness and handling produce to prevent damage
• Clean work areas and maintain tidy, organized field and packing/work zones as directed
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment when assigned, following safety procedures and instructions
• Follow farm hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines to protect crops and ensure market-ready product
• Report issues such as damaged plants, pests, or unusual crop conditions to a supervisor promptly

• Work involves repetitive tasks and requires consistent attention to quality
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends based on harvest schedules
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in changing weather conditions
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining careful handling of berries
