We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
