Job Title: Farm Laborer—Harvesting (LMIA Approved)

Pay: $17.48 to $21.00 per hour
Terms of Employment: Seasonal employment, full-time
Shift/Schedule: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning

Jealous Fruits Ltd. is seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Farm Laborers for the upcoming harvesting season. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a dynamic agricultural team, this is a great opportunity for you. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. This position is LMIA-approved, making it accessible to both local and foreign applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions
  • Pick row and orchard crops
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Manually remove all suckers and water sprouts
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Clean work area
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops

Requirements

  • Languages: English
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: No experience required; training will be provided

Work Site Environment

  • Fruit and vegetable combination farming
  • Outdoors
  • Wet/damp conditions
