Job Overview
CALI NAILS LTD. is hiring an experienced Nail Care Technician to provide high-quality nail services in a professional esthetics salon setting in Kamloops, British Columbia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who takes pride in clean prep work, precise shaping, long-lasting gel/acrylic applications, and excellent client communication. You will perform manicures and pedicures, apply and remove artificial nails and nail art, provide gel and acrylic extensions, and support additional services such as waxing, eyebrow tinting, and therapeutic foot massage. Experience

• 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in nail care and esthetics services

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Clean, trim, and polish nails while maintaining high standards of hygiene and client safety
• Perform manicures and pedicures, including proper nail prep, shaping, and finishing
• Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art according to client requests and salon standards
• Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions with consistent structure, adhesion, and finish quality
• Provide therapeutic foot massage as part of pedicure services when required
• Provide product demonstrations and recommend suitable aftercare products and maintenance routines
• Perform eyebrow tinting, waxing, and other esthetic services as assigned and within your skills/training
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and surfaces
• Manage appointment flow professionally by working efficiently without compromising service quality
• Communicate clearly with clients about service options, timing, and aftercare

• Strong attention to detail for shaping, cuticle work, product application, and nail art
• Hand-eye coordination required for precise application and finishing
