Job Overview
Solid Foundations Montessori School Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker Assistant to support our team in creating a nurturing environment for children in the Birds Hill community. Responsibilities

• Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
• Engage in storytelling and songs to enrich children’s learning experiences
• Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth
• Lead activities such as storytime, teaching songs, and taking children on educational outings
• Support early childhood educators and supervisors with record-keeping
• Guide and support children in developing self-care skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
• Prepare snacks and arrange classroom spaces for lunch and rest periods
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations

Qualifications

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
