As a Live-In PSW, you will live at the client’s home for extended periods, offering companionship, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients.
Advocate for clients’ needs and monitor/report changes in their condition.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care, bathing, and safe transfers.
Prepare nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
Ensure privacy and dignity while providing care.
Create joyful moments to enrich the client’s day-to-day life.
Live at the client’s home during care shifts (with adequate breaks).

Required Qualifications

PSW Certificate from a government-funded or NACC-accredited college.
RPN or RN students with clinical placement experience are also welcome.
Availability to work on weekends (every weekend or alternating weekends).
