Join one of BC’s premier fruit packing operations and be part of a dynamic team that brings fresh, quality produce from our orchards to tables across the region! We’re seeking 66 motivated individuals ready to work in a fast-paced agricultural environment with flexible hours and hands-on training provided.

Your Role
You’ll work directly with a variety of premium crops including:
• Apples
• Cherries
• Grapes
• Melons
• Various orchard fruits

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
• Harvest and pick fruit (apples, cherries, grapes, melons, and other orchard fruit) by hand or using basic tools
• Sort, grade, and pack fruit according to quality standards
• Load and unload harvested fruit and farm materials
• Operate or assist with simple farm equipment and tools (after training)
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines at all times
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively within a team
• Perform other general farm labour duties as required during the season

Requirements
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: No experience necessary – comprehensive training will be provided
• Language: English (required)
• Asset Languages: Spanish or Punjabi (beneficial but not required)

Work Schedule and Employment Conditions

• Full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week or more, depending on the season)
• Flexible hours; day, evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required during peak harvest periods
• Overtime may be required during busy times, in accordance with provincial regulations
• Seasonal and term/contract work, with potential for re-employment in future seasons based on performance and business needs

Work Environment
• Fruit and vegetable combination farming operation
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Requires ability to work independently and under pressure
• Repetitive tasks with handling of heavy loads
• Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Physical activities include bending, crouching, kneeling
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
